Bought CarMD last summer after reading about it in Reader's Digest. A few days after receiving it, my car's engine light came on so it gave me a good chance to use it. It was easy to use, I got the code, linked up to carmd.com and was told that they didn't recognize the code. So I took the car to a mechanic that I trust and they fixed the issue. A month or so after that, my wife's car's engine light came on so I went through the whole procedure again, and again the code was not recognized by the website. I was a little ticked off this time so I emailed them, and the CarMD customer service is as bad as their product. Seems like they are building up their database of codes by having their users "tell them what's wrong". This product is a FAIL and I wish I read more reviews rather than just trusting what I read in Reader's Digest, so my bad for that.
